All-New Kuga FHEV

Coming in early 2021

As one of the Ford's best-selling models, it’s no surprise that the All-New Kuga has received the electric treatment. It is already available with a range of different powertrains, but from 2021, a Full Hybrid Electric Vehicle - or self charging Hybrid - will be introduced on ST-Line Edition, ST-Line X Edition and Vignale models. It combines an efficient 2.5-litre Duratec engine with a battery powered electric motor which recaptures energy usually lost whilst decelerating. But with the FEV, the larger battery means more power can be stored further improving fuel economy.

Key Features:

  • 12.3-inch digital cluster
  • SYNC 3 with eight-inch colour touchscreen
  • B&O Sound System
  • Wireless Charging
  • Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Blind Spot Assist

Indeed, it is the economy and emissions figures that really catch the eye with the All-New Kuga FHEV. With CO2 emissions of 130g/km and fuel consumption between 48.7 and 49.6mpg, getting behind the wheel of this capable SUV couldn’t be more efficient. Not to mention those those short journeys on all-electric power with zero emissions.
